📦 SOP: Viewing Warehouse Stock on Product Form¶
Location: Departments/Sales/
🎯 Purpose¶
To help Salespersons easily check available stock across different warehouses for any product inside Odoo.
👥 Who Can Use This¶
- All Sales Department users
🛠 How to Check Warehouse Stock¶
- Open
Odoo > Sales > Products > Products. - Click on the product you want to check.
- Click the "Warehouse Stock" tab in the product form.
- View stock by warehouse:
- Warehouse/Location: Displays where the product is stored.
- Available Quantity: Displays the free stock available.
- Reserved Quantity: Displays the stock already committed to orders.

- Stock data is real-time and depends on correct warehouse operations.
- Reserved stock is not available for new sales orders.
